Get Moving update

7 November 2008

The first ever Get Moving week took place in October 2008, when 12,000 people got active at events happening all over England. Walkers, footballers, joggers, dancers, canoeists and gardeners from Carlisle to Cornwall felt the benefits of physical exercise for improved mental wellbeing.
